Zinsco and FPE brand panels were both recalled back in the late 70's and early 80's. They are the absolute worst electrical equipment you can have in your home.
They are both considered unpredictable and a possible fire hazard.
They are also a big red flag for a house sale.
In my expert advice, have those panels replaced as soon as possible.
